Hi, I'm Joseph Coker, founder of Elephant Escapes and licensed PMIC.
I started hosting a room in my house on Airbnb in 2015. Today my team and I manage a carefully curated portfolio of 22 properties, with over $1.3 million a year in bookings.
Along the way we've made every mistake imaginable and hosted every kind of guest, good and bad. We bring all of that experience to your property, so you can increase your income and reduce your headaches.
Currently serving Charleston, Edisto Island and the Hudson Valley, and growing. Own a rental somewhere else? Let’s talk.
Why an elephant? Elephants are gentle, powerful and family-oriented, and everyone knows an elephant never forgets.
